It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris! This apartment is available for a stay of at least 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 50 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area to enjoy sunny days or a moment of calm. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel-dryer, a hair-dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
