Welcome to my 90m² apartment on the 4th floor with a lift in the 11th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 90m², located on the 4th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to four, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (double and double sofa bed - 140x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There are also workspaces, perfect for remote workers. The bathroom features a shower and a large mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The balcony offers a pleasant place to relax, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Het appartement ligt op een geweldige locatie – een prachtig appartement in een oud gebouw, sfeervol en volledig ingericht. De airconditioning en de lift waren bijzonder handig gezien het warme weer.
