Welcome to my 24m² apartment on the ground floor in the 11th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its living room, its bedroom with a queen bed, its fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 24 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The extendable console table is perfect for working or sharing a meal. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a mirror, and a toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
