The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bath has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. It's an excellent little studio with what you need for a couple months on a relatively quiet street. Decent proximity to groceries (green grocer, mini market etc) and the M4 line
