Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments. Bedroom: A cosy bedroom with a double bed for a wonderful night's sleep. Bathroom: A functional bathroom with a shower, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience. Toilet: The toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. With this rental, you are entitled to a flat rate of 70 euros per month for electricity consumption, equivalent to 350 kWh (0.20 cents per kWh). Beyond this amount, you will be billed for the cost per kWh based on meter readings taken before and after your stay.
