Welcome to my 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor, with a lift, in Noisy-le-Grand. It comfortably accommodates 2 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located 14 minutes from the RER A, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the Parisian suburbs while staying connected to the city and only 20 minutes away from Disneyland!

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and an adjoining dining table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and dishwasher. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 120x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a hair dryer, a mirror and toilets. The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. This is a portable air conditioner designed for a single room. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
