Welcome to my apartment! This charming 85 m² duplex offers a stylish and comfortable retreat in the heart of this incredible city. Located on the ground floor, the property is thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan to maximize space and functionality. The lower level features a spacious living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. A bathroom is also located on this level for extra comfort. The upper level is a bright and airy open space featuring a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Set slightly apart, a single bed that converts into a double bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements. A dedicated workspace with a desk makes this the perfect setup for work or study. A second bathroom, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, adds to the convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
