The living room is adorned with a plush sofa perfect for unwinding, a large-screen TV to indulge in your favourite shows, a work desk, and a dining table. The area exudes a homely ambience and is bathed in natural sunlight, enhancing its welcoming atmosphere. The space features a kitchenette that is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare a delectable meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various other appliances for your convenience. A washing machine is also available should you wish to do laundry. The bedroom is a serene haven furnished with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, complemented by premium hotel-quality linens to ensure utmost comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is meticulously cleaned by professionals. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
