Just a few minutes from the accommodation you will find several public transport options, including bus lines and nearby metro stations that allow you to easily travel to Madrid city center, IFEMA, Chamartín, Nuevos Ministerios, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and other key areas of the city. The connection is especially convenient for students and professionals. In the surroundings there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, banks and all kinds of shops for your daily needs. You will also find local markets and large shopping centers within a short distance. The location is very convenient for students and professionals due to its proximity to different universities, business schools and business centers in Madrid, as well as having good communication to university campuses and office areas. Welcome to my apartment! Modern and cozy apartment located in Hortaleza, Madrid, in a quiet area and very well connected to the city center and any point in the city thanks to excellent access to public transport. The accommodation is prepared for temporary stays and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and functional stay, with capacity for up to 4 people thanks to its two bedrooms and sofa bed. Upon entering the apartment, you will find three main accesses distributed in a practical and comfortable way. On the left is the living-dining room, a bright and comfortable space equipped with a sofa bed, table for four diners, Smart TV and air conditioning, ideal both for resting and for sharing moments during your stay. Facing the entrance is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your daily routine: oven, electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, kitchen utensils, dishes and complete kitchenware. On the right you will find a hallway that leads to a complete bathroom, equipped with a shower-bathtub, sink and toilet. Towels and courtesy amenities are also provided for the first days of your stay. The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has a single bed, perfect for a third person, work area or additional rest. Both bedrooms include clean and ready-to-use bedding from day one. The apartment has been designed to provide comfort throughout the year and cleaning is always done professionally before each stay. The property also has ironing equipment (iron and board) for the guests' convenience. Note: this apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for stays for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and justify the reason for your stay. After confirming the reservation, you will receive the contract for your signature. Failure to sign may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Enjoy your stay in Madrid!

Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete. Note: this apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for stays for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, you must sign a seasonal rental contract and provide the reason for your stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for your signature. Without its signature, the reservation will be cancelled without refund. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of at least €200 for smoking. You will be provided with a parking remote control that is included with the accommodation. If this remote is lost, there may be a replacement cost. Parties are not allowed, this is a residential family area, please respect your neighbors' rest. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of 80 euros.
