Welcome to my apartment! Modern apartment located in the Hortaleza neighborhood, very close to two metro stations, providing easy access to the main areas of the city and to different districts depending on your needs. The apartment is thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable and functional layout. Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including a standard vitroceramic hob, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and complete kitchenware. The property also features a washing machine and ironing facilities for your convenience. From the kitchen, you can access a charming enclosed interior terrace, beautifully decorated with large windows and modern outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or having a coffee while taking advantage of the natural light. Next, you will find the living-dining area, which includes a table for four and a comfortable sofa bed. Opposite the sofa, there is a Smart TV for you to enjoy your relaxing moments. The master bedroom has a standard double bed. Down the hallway, you will find the second bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out (trundle) bed. The apartment features a comfortable-sized full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival to ensure your comfort. Note: This apartment is available for temporary rental only and is not intended for tourist use. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After confirming the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
