Welcome to my home! This lovely 41m2 apartment is close to several tourist attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering various dining options nearby. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a large-screen TV for watching all your favourite shows, and a dining table. It has a warm ambience and natural light that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. It includes an electric stove, microwave, and coffee machine, among other amenities. A washing machine is also available if you need to do your laundry. One bedroom has a double bed and another has two single beds. All beds are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for refreshment, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort. The apartment is professionally cleaned regularly for your convenience. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
