Whether you're a culture enthusiast, a foodie, or a fashion lover, our prime location for an unforgettable stay in the heart of Spain's vibrant capital. The living space features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a work desk. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
