Welcome! This charming 110 m² two-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing and memorable escape. Spread over two floors, the house features inviting rustic decor that contributes to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Please note that access to the house is exclusively pedestrian and dimly lit at night. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge space, a television for your favorite shows, and a dining table for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare homemade meals, including a stove, an oven, and essential cooking utensils and cutlery. Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms. One features a single bed and a double bed, while the other includes a double bed. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms also opens onto a private terrace with a seating area—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. The bathroom is equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the house is always professionally cleaned. We recommend guests arrive during the day or with flashlights for easier access to the house. Access & Walkability Notice: Pedestrian Path: Access to the property requires walking along a narrow trail for approximately 300 meters. Mobility Warning: While it is a short walk, it is not recommended for elderly guests, individuals with reduced mobility, or those travelling with heavy rolling luggage. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek en is heel schoon en netjes. Ik vond het leuk om langs het irrigatiekanaal te lopen om bij het huis te komen… Het is een heel rustige plek.
