Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Energy savings: Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment. Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes: Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.). Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator. Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance. Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.
