Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment with 92m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The first bedroom has a king bed and a chest of drawers. The second has a queen bed, and the last one is furnished with a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. Lastly, the 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, please note that a metro line runs underground nearby, so there may be occasional low rumbling sounds as they pass by. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that construction work is currently being done on the building's exterior façades. As a result, there may be noise between Monday and Friday, during daytime hours. No construction will occur on weekends. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided due to this ongoing work. Please note: Property viewings may occasionally be scheduled during ongoing bookings. If this occurs, we will always inform you in advance and do our best to minimise any inconvenience. This is a residential block so please be mindful of neighbouring units. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
