The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances and essential cookware and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep, plus multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that there are some construction works next door. We apologise for any disturbance caused.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
