This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please also note that there is no dining setup in this property.

Perfecte accommodatie voor 4/5 personen Fantastische locatie! Op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het stadscentrum, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, enz.

Beautiful and clean accommodation! Space enough for 4 guests. Flat within walking distance of Big Ben. All in all a good flat well located in the city and good parking.
