Welcome to my home! Situated in a classical Portuguese building, the apartment is fully furnished with modern amenities, including an open kitchen for you to enjoy with your friends/family, along with built-in storage in the bedrooms for guests to keep their personal belongings secure. There is also a private terrace so you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. The apartment comes with 1 double bed, and 1 single bed, both of which are lined with hotel-quality linens. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided for your personal convenience. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! Important Note: Starting on 15th of May, there will be construction on the apartment above. There will be noise from 8AM-5PM during week days. Also, there is a narrow staircase to reach the apartment. NOTE: The flat is located on a noisy street!

If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Ein guter Platz um in Lissabon zu sein. Gute Lage und die Terrasse ist ein großes Plus.
