This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos Remédios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal. Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. This charming 65m² duplex studio in Lisbon offers a warm and inviting retreat for families or friends looking to enjoy both comfort and character in a traditional, lively neighbourhood. Spread across two levels, the main floor features an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the studio also features a dishwasher for easy cleanup and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay. You'll also find the bathroom on this level, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Step onto the private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit. Upstairs, there is another living room with a seating area and a double bed equipped with hotel-quality linens and ample storage for your belongings, providing a peaceful space to rest. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor terrace with a seating area, perfect for unwinding in the open air. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there's also a shared BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings with good food and company. BE AWARE THAT THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: there are several steps inside the apartment complex, after entering through the main gate. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Loved it! : Location was great if you want a bit of quieter experience away from the city centre! Very spacious and great shared terrace area. We did the self check-in as our flight got in quite late
