Welcome! The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment measures 81 square metres and also includes a private garden of 90 square metres. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room features a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine. There is one full bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi with a 200 Mbps connection is provided, along with a TV offering more than 120 channels. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your stay. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Dit is een leuke plek die gemakkelijk te vinden is. Ik was vooral onder de indruk van de ruimte met grote keuken, woonkamer en een kleine tuin.
