Superb studio ideally located in the center of Lille. You are surrounded by shops, restaurants and places of life in Lille. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the first floor without lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The flat is located in Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the first floor of a typical Lille building: it comprises a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a double bed on a 140 x 200 mezzanine floor, and a bathroom with shower. Please note that the stairs to the bed are steep and the mezzanine is not very large, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The area is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! Ideal for couples, singles and business travellers with a central location!

You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 17€ for 24h. Sunday is a free parking day in the street
