This atypical apartment is located on rue Alponse Mercier. It's a large loft in a quiet environment at the back of a building. It has 4 bedrooms and is located next to the town center. It's just a few minutes from Grand Place, ideal for families, friends or colleagues!

The apartment is located on the first floor, however the staircase to access the upper floors is stylish but not the safest (see photos) so we recommend families with young children or people with mobility difficulties to take this into consideration before booking! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Entrance hall with checkroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and separate WC - A first bedroom with a 140x200 double bed - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with TV + baby chair - A dining room for convivial meals - One bedroom with double bed 140X200 and crib Upstairs: - Attic bedroom with double bed (140X200) - An attic bathroom with bathtub and washbasin (please note that the bathroom ceiling is low) - A larger bedroom with double bed 140X200 The rooms are equipped with curtains and shutters, and the apartment has domes and high velux windows. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

République Beaux Arts metro station is a 10-minute walk away (to train stations in 3 minutes). Lille Flandres train station is a 20-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 25-minute walk away, Sacré Cœur bus station 1 min away V'Lille station 150 meters away (Station SOLFERINO). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Parking lots: Parking République Beaux arts 10 min away, 17€ for 24h. Parking nouveau siècle at 14 min , 17€ for 24h.
