Welcome to my apartment! This charming 2-bedroom apartment in Funchal is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. The property is located on the sixth floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms; one has a queen bed and a balcony, and one has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Private parking within the building also ensures you have a safe and secure place to park your vehicle during your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
