Welcome to our home! This lovely 50m2 apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The rustic bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: There is no use of the fireplace, and this is strictly prohibited. The apartment is strictly not suitable for children or babies.

Please note there is free parking along St Clair Street. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time between 3pm and 10pm. We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
