This level also includes a single bed made up with hotel-quality linens. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Upstairs, two elegantly decorated bedrooms await. One is furnished with a UK king-size bed, and the other with a UK queen-size bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There are three well-appointed bathrooms, each offering everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
