You could also head over to the Dubai Marina mall, only 8 minutes by car, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the home. The Dubai Marina Walk, a 7-minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree-lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens, and the marina.

Welcome to our home! In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area with a sofa that is convertible into a single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4. The kitchen is complete with all the mod-cons you need to make a hearty meal at home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linens, to ensure you have a good night's sleep. On top of that, there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers that you can make use of. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
