Relax in comfort & convenience This 67m2 apartment on the 32nd floor has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay. There’s a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room—great for small families or a couple of friends. Fresh linens are always provided. Step out onto the furnished balcony and enjoy amazing views of Ain Dubai, the sunset, and even the Palm fireworks on special nights! The kitchen comes with all the basics for quick meals, and we make sure the place is professionally cleaned before you arrive. Daily cleaning can be arranged if needed (extra charge). Just a heads-up: You might hear some traffic noise due to the central location, and there’s also some renovation work going on in a nearby unit during the day.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

I found that the host was reliable and very responsive which which was amazing, also the receptionists were so lovely and helpful, the location of this apartment was superb and I would 100% recommend

It was a great stay, beautiful place, nice furnishing, spacious and a good location. I would definitely stay here again. And a great view of the palm.
