There’s a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, great for small families or a couple of friends. Fresh linens are always provided. Step out onto the furnished balcony and enjoy amazing views of Ain Dubai, the sunset, and even the Palm fireworks on special nights! The kitchen comes with all the basics for quick meals, and we make sure the place is professionally cleaned before you arrive. Daily cleaning can be arranged if needed (extra charge). Just a heads-up: You might hear some traffic noise due to the central location, and there’s also some renovation work going on in a nearby unit during the day. GuestReady is not the owner of this property and acts solely as an agent managing the property on behalf of the owner.

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
