Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries, and children’s play areas. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner and watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

Designed with an open living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. Through the bedroom, you will find access to the outdoor balcony, the perfect place to enjoy the stunning Dubai views! The first bedroom contains a King bed and the second a single bed. Please note that the second bedroom doesn't have windows. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There's a powder room with a toilet and a sink. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Downtown Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
