It is 23 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, 15 Minutes to Palm Jumeirah, and 7 Minutes to Dubai Marina Mall. And a 5-10 Minutes walk to JBR Beach. There is a pharmacy and grocery store on the ground level of the building.

Welcome to my home! The living room is elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining area. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax on the balcony with seating furniture, perfect for taking in the majestic views of the Marina. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms feature a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep, as well as multiple storage spaces. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the rooftop swimming pool is under maintenance, but the ground-floor swimming pool is open. The rooftop pool will be available to use after a month. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment buildings or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
