Located on the 40th floor with elevator access, the apartment offers breathtaking views and plenty of natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is tastefully furnished with a cozy seating area, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table - ideal for relaxing or spending quality time together. The space opens onto a furnished balcony where you can sit back and soak in the atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, crockery, and a washer for your convenience. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, the second and third come with queen-size beds, and the maid’s room has a single bed. All bedrooms are elegantly styled and come with hotel-quality linens for a restful stay. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
