Modern and tastefully decorated, it is near various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Hills Mall – an interactive mall with a small theme park inside. Hospitals, schools, and business establishments are within the community, while Spinney's is just a short distance away. Aster and Nahdi Pharmacy are also within walking distance. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. During your stay, you will have access to the gym and pool. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Perfect place for a short or long stay as there is plenty to enjoy nearby and easy to get to more distant attractions. The staff in the building are also very helpful and always made us feel welcome.
