Welcome to our home! Sit back and relax in the living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for four. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the balcony furnished with a sitting place where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning marina views! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. In the bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep comfortably and lots of storage for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Note: There is ongoing construction near the apartment which may result in some noise during the daytime. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
