Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries, and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for beautiful art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. This brand-new unit on the 50th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 100m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms with king-size beds. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
