The beautiful 70m² apartment is located on the 29th floor, with lift access for convenience. It is tastefully furnished, well-pointed and with luxury hotel amenities. This high-rise apartment with sweeping views of Marina Walk and surrounding skyscrapers is directly connected to Marina Mall. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and comfortable seating. The small private balcony has a small table and chair for you to enjoy a cool drink or dine alfresco while admiring the blue waters of the Marina. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bedroom contains a lush king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
