This beautiful 126m2 apartment is on the 31st floor, accessible by lift and the views from the balcony and around the living space in the apartment are breathtaking through day and night. The living and dining room is a delightful space to enjoy the best of both worlds filled with natural light. It is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa seating area, an armchair, and a dining table. Flatscreen TV is connected for all the lazy days in order to catch-up on shows and films. The kitchen is in great condition with all the amenities in place including a dishwasher and washing machine. The first bedroom is splendid, with a king bed and a wardrobe. It has big windows, which make the room well-ventilated. The second is just as well-ventilated, with big windows and a king bed. Comfort is enveloped in both bedrooms, making this your place. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. All rooms and throughout the apartment have blinds that can roll down to block any natural light to come through The two ensuites and guest bathrooms have all the same amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. This airy and spacious apartment is perfect for a short or long stay, adding the right comfort and opportunity to a relaxing environment. With grocery stores located at the bottom of the building, security, gym and a pool, look no further for that perfect getaway. Please note that the maintenance work, previously expected to end on October 16th, is still in progress and will continue until further notice. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
