Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world's tallest building but the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa Park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai from the balcony. Sink into the plush depths of the king bed paired with hotel-quality linens, and stream all your favourite sights from the ultra-widescreen TV. Whip up full meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them over the counter with the barstools provided. The bath has a bathtub to soak in and a shower for a quick refresh. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Important Location Note: Please be aware that the building's name has been updated to Emaar Residences Fashion Avenue 3318. Ensure that you follow the updated check-in instructions to avoid any confusion, as the building's previous names are no longer valid.
