This lovely studio in the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) district has all you will need for a pleasant stay. Accommodating up to 2 guests, it's ideal for couples, or business trips. Only a short walk to Marina Beach, Marina Walk, and a 15 mins drive to Downtown Dubai. P/S: From 29/5-15/7 between 9am-1pm and 3pm-5pm, there will be some noise from the neighbouring units' ongoing major maintenance work.

Newly furnished, this chic studio is close to various top attractions in Dubai and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. Just a few minutes away from the world-famous Montgomery Golf Course, the Marina Walk, and the Jumeirah Beach Residence public beach. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and sleeping areas. Featuring a king-size bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to whip up some yummy homemade meals and also comes with a washing machine, should you need it. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. If you require a crib, feel free to reach out to the team, note that it's an additional cost. Note: The pool will be unavailable from November 17th to February 16th. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. I do really recommend this play in Dubai. Had a really nice time there with a easy public transportation :)
