This fantastic two-bedroom apartment is on the 14th floor of a luxury mid-rise in the renowned Business Bay. Modern and stylish, the apartment is fully furnished with all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The property is close to plenty of trendy restaurants, and shops and offers easy access to Al Khail Road. It is also just a 15-minute drive to The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

Welcome to my home! The apartment is basked in natural sunlight due to the large windows occupying the space. The living room features comfy sofas and a widescreen SMART TV with built-in streaming services to enjoy your favourite shows comfortably. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy the stunning city views! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. So feel free and cook some delicious meals. There is a dining table for four if you wish to dine in. The apartment comes with two bedrooms. The first has a delightful king bed, and the second has a queen bed. Both mattresses are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms are small but well-ventilated, with a walk-in shower, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, there's a shared WC for guests to use. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
