The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large balcony, complete with an additional dining/seating area, allowing you to lounge and take in the stunning views. The large kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment, should you need it. The en-suite bedroom is equipped with a king bed, complete with hotel-quality linens, to ensure a good night's rest, and features multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note that ongoing construction is visible from both balconies, and some noise may be experienced during your stay. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment buildings or the surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
