The apartment offers a generous space and is composed of: • A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a large-screen TV, a coffee table, and a footrest armchair. • A dining area with a large table that can accommodate 4 people for shared meals. • A modern semi-open kitchen, equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary crockery. • Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed or a comfortable sofa bed, a large wall-mounted TV, storage spaces, a full-length mirror, and a chest of drawers. • A contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, modern sink, illuminated mirror, and toilet. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator, directly facing the staircase.

The apartment is located right in the historic city center. A secured key box is installed, and the code will be provided to you before your arrival. The nearest parking is Q-Park Cathédrale (Place Châtelet), just a 5-minute walk away. You will also find street parking in the surrounding area, either free or paid depending on the time of day.
