Welcome to my apartment! This pleasant 2-bedroom apartment in Caniço is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient holiday home. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room features a big, comfy sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. Additionally, it boasts a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dining table for four people. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a double bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Overall, a very decent flat, especially for the price. Everything was in order and all the basics were there. Nothing to complain about.
