The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the double beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Please note that no noise, loud music, or parties are allowed in the apartment after 22:00, even on weekends, as it is located in a highly residential building. Residents are very strict about this policy and may contact the authorities in case of any disturbance. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
