Welcome to my place! This delightful 40² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a classic and countryside style, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. Upstairs in the mezzanine, the sleeping space is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note: The apartment is not ideal for children, as the mezzanine may be dangerous for them.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

: Het huis was prachtig, alles was erg schoon Schoonmaakproducten ontbraken, er was geen schuursponsje om de afwas te doen.

: Een vredige, rustige plek, ver weg van de drukte, vlak bij een kleine haven. Op slechts 10 meter van het appartement vind je een bushalte, een restaurant en een klein winkeltje. :)
