The beach and seafront are just a short distance away, allowing you to make the most of the Arcachon Bay and its exceptional natural setting. A nearly new air-conditioned 43 m² one-bedroom flat in Arcachon, situated in a quiet residence within the grounds of the Institut Saint-Dominique (a separate building). Very bright, it features a comfortable bed and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. A peaceful residential area, ideal for relaxation. Just a 10-minute walk from the station, beaches and shops. All amenities nearby.

A nearly new air-conditioned 43 m² one-bedroom plus studio flat located in the heart of Arcachon, in the Hémérac residence. Access is via the grounds of the Institut Saint-Dominique (retirement home), but the flat is situated in a separate building, ensuring peace and privacy. The surroundings are particularly quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. The accommodation is brand new, bright and designed to offer maximum comfort. It features a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, appliances, utensils) and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine. The flat is 100% accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). You also have access to a courtyard and outdoor areas perfect for relaxation, with the option of pleasant walks in the immediate vicinity. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. It is open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 6.30 pm (gates open). Outside these hours, it will no longer be accessible. You will then need to park your vehicle outside, where free spaces are available. Located in the town centre, you are just a 10-minute walk from the station, the beaches and the shops. Everything is easily accessible, in a peaceful and privileged setting. Bed linen is included in the rental. Breakfast can be ordered and delivered directly to the apartment via AD Conciergerie. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance so that we can arrange this and put you in touch with our partners.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a message containing all the information you need to access the flat. Someone from AD Conciergerie will also contact you to arrange your welcome on arrival.
