From your address on Boulevard de l'Océan, you are a stone's throw from Pereire beach, making it very easy to enjoy the bay, sunbathing, swimming or simply long walks by the sea. A prime location to fully enjoy the Arcachon Bay while remaining close to the centre. With a surface area of 38 m², it is ideal for two people. It comprises a comfortable bedroom, a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, crockery, filter coffee machine, etc.), and a living room with television and internet connection. Bed linen and towels are included. Its real asset is a large 66 m² terrace, sheltered from the wind thanks to its configuration. A true outdoor living space, it is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing and enjoying sunny days. A private gate from the terrace gives direct access to the beach. As you leave the residence, you have immediate access to the cycle path. Arcachon town centre is about a 10-minute walk away. By bike, you can easily reach Le Moulleau, Pyla-sur-Mer or the Dune du Pilat. A private parking space is included for a peaceful stay. Between the beach, bike rides, oyster ports and sunsets over the Bay, everything you need to discover the Arcachon way of life is right here.
