I remain available for any questions regarding your stay, reachable 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm by phone, SMS or email. For arrivals after 10:30 pm, please be sure to carefully follow the instructions provided in the self check-in guide, which will ensure smooth and easy access to the property. After this time, we will no longer be able to respond to requests or provide assistance, so we kindly ask you to plan your arrival accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. For any specific requests (transfers, deliveries, in-home services, etc.), a concierge service is also available. Requests must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure proper coordination and optimal service.
Overige informatie
The apartment is non-smoking. Parties are strictly prohibited in order to respect the peace and quiet of the residence and the neighborhood. In the event of a party, the security deposit will be retained and guests will be required to leave the property immediately. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €40. A personalized welcome service can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €50. Self check-in is available 24/7, offering great flexibility for your arrival. Phone assistance is available daily from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
