Just a short walk away is the Avenida metro station (Blue Line), along with several bus routes, making transportation across the city fast and easy. The Lavra Funicular is also nearby, offering a unique way to explore Lisbon’s historic hills. Daily needs are easily covered with supermarkets just around the corner, and the Tivoli Fórum shopping centre is less than 200 meters away, which also includes cafés and a bakery. Welcome to my studio! This charming 26 m² studio in Lisbon is the ideal retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The open-plan living area features a versatile bed, for an extra guest, that converts into a sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely. The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. You’ll also find ample storage for your belongings, making longer stays more comfortable. Although there's no wall or door dividing them, the two sleeping areas are partially separated by the placement of furniture, offering a sense of privacy and added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided for easy cleanup. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort and peace of mind, the studio is professionally cleaned before each arrival. BE AWARE THAT THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: This is a traditional building in the heart of Lisbon. As with many historic buildings in the city centre, there may occasionally be some ambient noise.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). BE AWARE THAT THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.

Zeer goed gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar, er was een klein waterlek in het plafond, maar dat stoorde ons niet gezien de locatie ervan. Onberispelijk!

De gastheer was vriendelijk en proactief, hielp met alles en reageerde snel. De accommodatie werd elke dag schoongemaakt, dus er waren geen problemen met de netheid. Het ligt iets verder van het stads
