Situated 5 minutes walk from metro A and B Charpennes, and to 10 minutes walk from Parc de la Tête d'Or, this beautiful typically French 90m² apartment is on the first floor without elevator of a secured building. It comes with a bright large living room with an herringbone parquet, a HD TV and a140*190 sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen , and two great bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one for children with a bunk bed. Another spare bed is available too but can be used only by a child (too small for an adult). You will enjoy too a lovely moderne bathroom with a bathtube. **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment. Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
