Step into a welcoming living and dining room, where natural light floods the space through large windows. Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The open-plan layout creates a seamless connection with the dining area, where a compact bar table and stools provide a cozy setting for meals. The space also features a modern kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing delicious meals. A bright sunroom offers an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee in a peaceful setting. The apartment includes cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, stylish headboards, and soft textures to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Lastly, the property offers both a hallway bathroom with a shower and an en-suite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy. Fresh towels are provided for your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
